We provide the optimum wine storage environment, featuring a controlled temperature of 55° (± 3°) and a controlled humidity level of 70%. In the event of an emergency, our back-up generator maintains these factors.

 

In addition to our cooling and humidifying system, our construction exceeds standards, including advanced features to ensure optimum storing climates. Through wrapping the room in plastic, layering with green board, and finishing with a hard coat of troweled drywall mud over the entire surface, we have set up for exceptional moisture resistance. In addition, individual lockers are constructed of wood with vented ceilings to provide for proper air circulation.

 

You can rest assured that your investment is safe and secure within our wine vault, recorded by 24-hour digital surveillance system and our monitored climate alarm system.  In addition, you will receive a unique code via a monitored keypad to gain entry into the building.
